My name is Abbi Waterfill, and I am currently a junior in Biomedical Engineering. I transferred from Purdue to IUPUI my sophomore year of college. I didn’t feel like Purdue was my “home,” and I didn’t feel a connection with my professors. I am now a junior, and I absolutely love living downtown so close to campus.
I’ve made so many friends and have gotten to know most of my professors during office hours. IUPUI really did a great job of transitioning me as a transfer student, and I’m so glad that I took the initiative to come here. I’m proud of the skills I’ve acquired and the people I’ve met, and I can’t wait to continue growing as a student and peer.
