IUPUI has changed me in many ways. I have met so many wonderful people that have been there to support me; I couldn’t ask for a better environment.
I am involved in many student organizations and hold or have held positions in almost all of them. I have so many good memories, but my best memories are of my favorite events! I love Regatta, Jagapalooza, Light Up the Night, and the African Student Association Night.
My biggest achievements are becoming a mentor to international students (IPMP), being a resident assistant, winning first place and becoming Regatta royalty, being named a National Peer Health Educator (PHE), and last but not least, having to teach a medical terminology class in French through my internship.
I have a lot of mentors from the Office of International Affairs, the School of Liberal Arts, the School of Public Health, and the Division of Students Affairs, and I am thankful to all of them. I am truly grateful to be a part of the IUPUI family, and I love the inclusion and all the opportunities that we have here on campus!
