IUPUI has been a part of my life as long as I can remember.
My mother started working for the university in 1984. My father started in 1990, and both are still working here today. I grew up on this campus.
On school breaks, my brother and I would come to work with my mom because she didn't want us at home by ourselves. So we would come to campus with her and sometimes help out where we could. My brother and I both received our degrees from IUPUI, and we both currently work here also. As a matter of fact, at least five other members of our family have worked on campus. I have worked at other places, and I always end up coming right back here.
IUPUI is my home. IUPUI is and will be part of our lives forever.
